Cherry Amore
Deep, juicy, a little mysterious.
Tart cherry, ripe plum, and a bittersweet edge.
It’s layered, slightly moody, and just indulgent enough.
The kind of drink you linger over.
Ingredients
For the drink
-
3 oz Libby sparkling white
-
2 oz non-alcoholic aperitif (like Ghia)
-
1 oz tart cherry juice
-
½ ripe plum
-
Ice
For garnish
-
1 cherry
Instructions
-
Slice + prep
Cut the plum into wedges, then chop into smaller pieces for muddling.
-
Build your base
Add plum and tart cherry juice to a glass.
Gently muddle to release the juices and deepen the color.
-
Add the aperitif
Pour in the non-alcoholic aperitif and give it a quick stir to combine.
-
Add ice + finish
Fill the glass with ice, then top with Libby sparkling white.
-
Garnish + serve
Finish with a cherry on top and serve immediately.
Pro Tip
Use a ripe, slightly soft plum for the best flavor. If it’s underripe, muddle a little longer to help it break down and release its juices.
