Like a lot of parents, Grant and Natalie still loved the ritual and connection that wine brings, but at some point the required tradeoff stopped making sense. Showing up tired, foggy, or off their game wasn’t a cost they were willing to pay anymore. But every “non-alcoholic wine” option they tried wasn't even close to the real thing. And that was the insight that fueled the drive to truly create a quality-first product.
Grant’s background as a seasoned winemaker meant he knew how much higher the bar could be and it also meant he knew who to call for reinforcements. Enter co-founder John Green: someone who has spent his career building and investing in brands that disrupt entire beverage categories. They went deep into R&D mode. They sourced, tasted, reformulated, debated acid levels, rewrote the formula, and then rewrote it again. They held everything to a winemaker’s standard, because if it wasn’t a true wine replacement, what was the point? The world didn’t need another "good enough" for Non-Alc wine, it needed to be good. Period.
The wines are crisp, bright, and made from real grapes—crafted so well you might question how we pulled it off. And because adulthood means making choices that matter, we went further: lighter bottles, resealable caps, and a carbon footprint nearly 40% lower than traditional sparkling wine. We care about the planet the same way we care about our families: intentionally.
