Elderflower Paloma

Elderflower Paloma

Bright, citrusy, and a little floral.

Grapefruit, elderflower, and a squeeze of lemon.
Light, refreshing, and just elevated enough to feel like you did something.

Easy to make, prettier than it needs to be.

Ingredients

For the drink

  • 4 oz Libby sparkling white

  • 1 oz fresh grapefruit juice

  • ¾ oz elderflower cordial or syrup (non-alcoholic)

  • Squeeze of fresh lemon

  • Ice

For garnish

  • Grapefruit slice

  • Edible flowers

Instructions

  1. Build your base
    Fill a glass with ice.
Add grapefruit juice, elderflower cordial, and a squeeze of lemon.

  2. Top + finish
Top with Libby sparkling white and give it a gentle stir to combine.

  3. Garnish + serve
Garnish with a grapefruit slice and edible flowers.
    Serve immediately.

Pro Tip

Use fresh grapefruit juice if you can—it keeps the drink bright and slightly tart, which balances the floral sweetness.

What You’ll Taste

Make It Yours

  • Add a splash of soda water for extra lift

  • Swap grapefruit for blood orange for a deeper citrus note

  • Skip the flowers for a more minimal look (still works)
