Ingredients
For the drink

½ oz honey syrup (1:1 honey + hot water)

Cucumber wheel (with a small cut or hole)

Instructions

Build your base
Fill a spritz glass with ice.
Add cucumber juice, green tea, lemon juice, and honey syrup.

Top + finish
Top with Libby sparkling white and give it a gentle stir to combine.

Garnish + serve.
Slide the mint sprig through the cucumber wheel and place on the rim or directly into the glass.
Serve immediately.

How to Make Fresh Cucumber Juice
Peel a large cucumber and slice it lengthwise. Scoop out the seeds, then chop into chunks.
Blend until smooth, then strain through a fine mesh sieve to separate the juice from the pulp.
