Fresh Spring Spritz

Fresh, sharp, and a little unexpected.
Cucumber, citrus, and chilled green tea. Simple on paper, better in practice.

Ingredients

For the drink

  • 3 oz Libby sparkling white

  • 1 oz fresh cucumber juice*

  • 2 oz chilled green tea

  • ½ oz fresh lemon juice

  • ½ oz honey syrup (1:1 honey + hot water)

  • Ice

For garnish

  • Cucumber wheel (with a small cut or hole)

  • Fresh mint sprig

Instructions

  1. Build your base
    Fill a spritz glass with ice.
    Add cucumber juice, green tea, lemon juice, and honey syrup.

  2. Top + finish
    Top with Libby sparkling white and give it a gentle stir to combine.

  3. Garnish + serve.
    Slide the mint sprig through the cucumber wheel and place on the rim or directly into the glass.
    Serve immediately.

How to Make Fresh Cucumber Juice

Peel a large cucumber and slice it lengthwise. Scoop out the seeds, then chop into chunks.
