Orchard Spritz

Orchard Spritz

Warm spice, bright citrus, crisp bubbles.

Apple cider with a fresh twist.
Charred mandarin brings a subtle depth, while Libby sparkling white keeps everything light, lifted, and easy to sip.

Balanced, aromatic, and quietly impressive.

Ingredients

For the drink

  • 3 oz Libby sparkling white

  • 3 oz apple cider

  • ½ mandarin orange, charred

  • Ice

For garnish

  • Apple wedges

  • Cinnamon stick

  • Fresh rosemary sprig

Instructions

  1. Char the citrus
Place the cut side of the mandarin half onto a hot pan.
Sear for 2–3 minutes, until lightly charred and fragrant.

  2. Build your base
Fill a glass with ice and pour in the apple cider.

  3. Add the mandarin
Squeeze the charred mandarin into the glass, letting the caramelized juice mix in.

  4. Top + finish
Top with Libby sparkling white and give it a gentle stir.

  5. Garnish + serve
Add apple wedges, a rosemary sprig, and a cinnamon stick.
    Serve immediately.

Pro Tip

Let the mandarin get a little color—not burnt, just caramelized. That’s where the depth comes from.
