½ oz lemon juice
-
3–5 dashes non-alcoholic lavender bitters
-
2–3 grapefruit-rose ice cubes
Instructions
-
Make the grapefruit-rose ice cubes
Sprinkle a small pinch of dried rose petals into each cavity of an ice mold tray. Fill with grapefruit juice and freeze for 4–5 hours, or until fully frozen.
-
Build the drink
Add grapefruit juice, lemon juice, and lavender bitters to a coupe glass.
-
Finish the pour
Top with Libby sparkling rosé and add 2–3 grapefruit-rose ice cubes. Serve immediately.
Pro Tip
When pouring your sparkling rosé, pour gently beside the grapefruit-rose ice cubes rather than directly over them. This helps the rose petals stay suspended and looking beautiful longer.
Tips for the Best Floral Ice Cubes
Use food-grade dried rose petals
Culinary rose petals are safe to consume and keep the drink tasting light and floral.
Keep the petals minimal
A small pinch goes a long way. Too many petals can overpower the drink and make the cubes look crowded.
