Ingredients

For the drink

  • 1 bottle Libby sparkling rosé

  • ¼ cup pear juice

  • Juice of 1 orange

  • Juice of 1 lime

  • ¼ cup frozen strawberries

  • Ice

For the rim (optional)

  • Zest of 1 lime

  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Prep the rim (optional)
    Mix lime zest and sugar on a small plate.
    Rub the rim of your glass with lime juice, then dip into the mixture to coat.

  2. Build your base
    In a jar or shaker, combine pear juice, orange juice, lime juice, and frozen strawberries.
    Lightly muddle the strawberries, then shake vigorously to combine.

  3. Assemble the drink
    Fill your glass with ice.
    Pour in about half of the fruit mixture.

  4. Top + finish
    Top with Libby sparkling rosé and give it a gentle stir.
    Serve immediately.
