STEP ONE
We make real wine first (Yes, like actual wine. Grapes, vineyards, fermentations, the whole thing).
STEP TWO
Next, the alcohol is gently removed using a spinning cone process that retains all the wine-like qualities, discarding the booze.
STEP three
We reintroduce flavors via a proprietary system and carbonate. The result? A bright, sparkling wine unlike anything else out there.
